Where Your Career is a Force for Good! We are currently seeking a professional, innovative, and enthusiastic Senior Program Manager to support the Cause Marketing Team within Development. This is a fully remote position that can be located anywhere in the USA. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The Cause Marketing team is the central office responsible for creating high-quality, consistent fundraising programs and materials that reflect the organization's fundable strategic opportunities at a regional and national level. The Program Manager provides management and oversight of programs, ensuring implementation and defined activities are carried out in alignment with strategic objectives. Support planning, design, and execution across development initiatives, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role will also contribute to the development and execution of creative, mission-aligned initiatives that engage audiences and support organizational goals. Analyze program activity, identify areas for improvement, and help bring new ideas to life through strong project management and cross-functional coordination. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:(Qualifications) Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Skills & Abilities: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the program or service. Demonstrated ability in creating presentations and developing training modules. Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements. Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work on a team. Interest in or exposure to cause marketing, brand partnerships, or mission-driven campaigns preferred. Ability to think creatively while managing complex projects and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail in managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Comfortable working across teams to support the development and execution of new ideas. Travel: Travel may be required. * A combination of the candidate's education and general experience satisfies the requirements, so long as the total years equate to the description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted). SALARY INFORMATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000- $105,000. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned with the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, the number of years of experience you have, and comparisons to other employees already in this role.
