Credence has an immediate need for a Workforce Development Support Manager to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to: shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations...resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Assist with developing and analyzing, existing and future skills, knowledge, ability and competency requirements for organic personnel.
  • Assist with developing and implementing AF initiatives to implement single-skill and multi skill personnel career training templates, tools and methods.
  • Assist with documentation and analysis of the baseline of existing workforce skill sets
  • Support execution of procedures, tools, systems and training needed to improve the DM workforce training courseware and development strategies, processes and initiatives.
  • Recommend new or revised short- and long-term policies, procedures, and instructions, that will implement practices that support program initiatives.
  • Research and analyze results, review existing course requirements/curriculum and recommend changes to the appropriate training materials for the targeted customer base.
  • Assist the Government with satisfying critical requirements needed to perform training; and may be required to provide initial training as part of this requirement.
  • Advise and assist the Government by providing recommendations for identifying new skills and competency requirements for emerging capabilities, as well as assist with the development of training materials needed to satisfy these requirements.

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • Experience in Depot Maintenance (DM) and other logistics processes
