Make Your Next Move Matter!

Molnlycke Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Financial Controller to join our finance team in Maine! This individual contributor role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys analytical depth, visibility across functions, and working in a complex global environment

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, detail oriented, and proactive - a finance professional who thrives in a fast paced, high visibility environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve complex problems. Success in this role comes from being highly collaborative with strong cross functional communication skills, paired with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn. Because our financial processes blend traditional manufacturing finance with nontraditional, deviation based methodologies, the ideal candidate is adaptable, open minded, and energized by continuous learning and improvement.

What You'll Do

Financial Performance & Analysis
* Analyze operational and financial results using deviation based methodologies (labor absorption, standard vs. actual, material variances, etc.).
* Perform monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and site performance reviews.
* Maintain high accuracy in SAP reporting, cost center analysis, and site-level financial data integrity.

Business Partnering
* Partner daily with the site Business Controller and provide financial decision support to manufacturing leadership, engineering, and project teams.
* Provide financial inputs for capital investment cases and strategic initiatives.
* Support global finance interactions, including preparation of materials for EU-based leadership.

Project Support
* Serve as a finance stakeholder for Capital Expansion Projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and project controls.
* Support cross-functional teams with scenario modeling, cost analysis, and financial implications for operational changes.

Continuous Improvement
* Identify financial risks and opportunities; recommend process and reporting improvements.
* Contribute to enhancing data accuracy, performance tracking, and internal controls.
* Collaborate with global finance counterparts to align on best practices and reporting standards.

What We Offer:

Work/Life Balance
* Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (flexible within policy).
* Primary work location: Brunswick, ME; Occasional presence in Wiscasset may be required.
* High interaction with global teams across Europe.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* Strong experience in manufacturing finance, especially standard costing.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Experience working within an ERP system, ideally SAP.

* Excellent communication and partnership skills; ability to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
