We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Order Fulfillment to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, building, and loading orders in a high-volume warehouse environment. If you thrive in physically active work and can maintain a consistent pace, this is an opportunity to grow with a performance-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
  • Load and stage products for delivery
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks)
  • Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
  • Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals
  • Assist with occasional customer loading as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly
  • Handle high-volume workloads (up to - 1,750cases per shift during pear)
  • Stand and move for 8+ hours on concrete floors
  • Perform continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems
  • Basic experience using smartphones or mobile apps

Preferred:

  • Warehouse, fulfillment, or labor experience
  • Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Familiarity with scanning systems or warehouse software

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift experience preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to perform basic math functions.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

CO2 Filling Operator. Forklift operator certified.
