As a Solutions Engineer and key member of our sales organization, you will combine deep technical aptitude with strong business acumen to create highquality engagement opportunities for prospects and customers. You will partner closely with Sales to demonstrate the technical and business value of NAVEX's integrated risk and compliance platform through discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proofofconcepts.

What you'll do:
- Serve as the technical authority in presales engagements, aligning NAVEX solutions to customer business, risk, and compliance requirements
- Conduct indepth technical discovery across security, compliance, integrations, data models, workflows, and reporting requirements
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and executivelevel presentations
- Develop and support proofofconcept (PoC) environments, including configuration, data modelling, and usecase validation
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Partner with Sales to support pipeline management, deal strategy, competitive positioning, and technical qualification
- Evaluate customer environments, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend bestpractice solution architectures
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence roadmap, integrations, and customer outcomes
- Use data and KPIs (e.g., win rate, timetoclose, attach rate) to continuously improve technical sales effectiveness
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in presales engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering, implementation consulting, or technical SaaS roles
- Proven success supporting complex SaaS sales cycles in B2B or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of valuebased and consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling)
- Solid understanding of SaaS architectures, including multitenant platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to discuss security, privacy, and compliance concepts such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, data residency, and access controls at a practical level
- Experience with GRC, risk management, compliance, ethics & integrity, ESG, or adjacent enterprise platforms strongly preferred.
- Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders through credibility, clarity, and trust
- Strong executive communication skills-written, verbal, and visual

Our side of the deal:

- The starting pay for this role is $95,000 per annum and the target variable is $10,000. Target variable pay is based on individual achievement factors and is not guaranteed.
