We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Process Engineer to lead the build, implementation, and ongoing improvement of these core processes. This position is based at our headquarters in Greenville, SC, conveniently located within driving distance to east coast beaches, the Blue Ridge Mountains and large cities like Atlanta and Charlotte. What you will do Lead Process Design & Deployment Develop, implement, and stabilize core inventory and order execution processes Define methods, critical metrics, tools, and standards that ensure operational excellence Translate operational needs into scalable process and system requirements Support Transformation & Continuous Improvement Guide design, testing, deployment, and post launch improvement Identify gaps and drive corrective or enhancement actions Build and maintain best practices for how these processes run across the region Build Network Capability Collaborate with Process Engineers, Analysts, and Specialists to strengthen process knowledge Enable alignment across sites and ensure standards are consistently applied Support capability development and collaboration within the functional network What you will bring 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order to Cash, or related process engineering fields. A proven track record leading large, multi-functional process or systems initiatives. Strong comfort working with digital tools, supply chain systems, or ERP related transformations. Demonstrated skill in influencing without authority and serving as an informal subject matter leader. Strong analytical thinking balanced with hands on execution. Experience building standards, critical metrics, and performance frameworks. A passion for operational excellence, process simplification, and continuous improvement. Additional requirements:
