Everything is considered. A Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing business client relationships within the Santa Barbara market. A Relationship Manager will acquire clients and build relationships by providing superior client service to achieve their clients' financial objectives. The successful candidate must also be highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial and passionate about growing business in a team environment. Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 plus an opportunity to earn an annual bonus. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
