Junior Full Stack AI Development Engineer

Connected Logistics is seeking a Junior, Full Stack AI Development Engineer to support the development and enhancement of VA.gov digital forms and associated workflows, including field updates, branching logic, and integration points. Executes incremental improvements to existing forms (e.g., 10-10EZR, CHAMPVA forms) using AI-assisted techniques, ensuring form accuracy, usability, and compatibility with downstream systems within sprint cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support form builds and updates
• Assist with integrations and testing
• Debug and resolve issues

• 1-3 years development experience

Preferred VA Experience

• Exposure to VA.gov or government forms
• React or schema-based form experience

AI-Assisted Development Experience

• Exposure to GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude (or similar tools)
• Ability to use AI tools to assist with coding, testing, and troubleshooting under supervision

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Entry-level Security+
