Mid-Tier, Full Stack AI Development Engineer

Connected Logistics is seeking a Mid-Tier Full Stack AI Development Engineer to support the development and enhancement of VA.gov digital forms and associated workflows, including field updates, branching logic, and integration points. You will execute incremental improvements to existing forms (e.g., 10-10EZR, CHAMPVA forms) using AI-assisted techniques, ensuring form accuracy, usability, and compatibility with downstream systems within sprint cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build UI and backend components.
• Enhance VA.gov forms.
• Support integrations and testing.

• Must have 3-6 years of development experience.

Preferred VA Experience

• VA Forms Library, Design System.
• Form updates (10-10EZR, CHAMPVA forms).
• UX improvements without breaking integrations.

AI-Assisted Development Experience

• Experience using Copilot tools and Claude for coding support
• Ability to apply AI outputs under guidance and validate correctness
• Use AI to support development speed and testing

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer.
• Scrum Developer.
• Security+ (SEC+).
