Overview Seeking a support professional to assist with mobile technology and related services. This role centers on general device support, issue resolution, and managing more complex requests as needed. Responsibilities * Provide support for mobile and related devices * Assist with device setup, updates, and transitions using management tools * Manage support requests independently and escalate when necessary * Maintain clear documentation and contribute to shared knowledge resources * Deliver consistent, high-quality support through various communication channels Requirements * Mobility support experience * Familiarity with mobile device platforms * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Gurnee, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
