*Overview:*
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with handson field services and desktop support experience to provide hightouch technical assistance in a professional healthcare environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with collaboration tools, and exceptional interpersonal abilities, as the technician will regularly interact with physicians, medical staff, and potentially patients. *Responsibilities:* * Provide onsite desktop and break/fix support for enduser devices including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers. * Troubleshoot and support collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx, including meeting setup, connectivity, and audio/video issues. * Perform basic troubleshooting on macOS and Apple devices, escalating complex issues as needed. * Respond to field service requests, diagnose hardware and software issues, and resolve problems efficiently in a fastpaced environment. * Deliver clear, calm, and professional communication while supporting physicians and clinical staff. * Maintain control of support interactions, even in highpressure or urgent situations. * Document issues, resolutions, and followup actions according to established procedures. *Qualifications:* * 1+ year of desktop support or field services experience in a professional environment (required). * Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx in a corporate or clinical setting. * Basic macOS / Apple device troubleshooting experience. * Strong understanding of desktop hardware, peripherals, and operating systems. *Interpersonal & Communication Skills:* * Active listener who is approachable, understanding, and relatable. * Confident, clear communicator with a calm and professional demeanor. * Proactive, selfmotivated, and enthusiastic about helping others. * Comfortable interacting with physicians, medical staff, and patients. * Able to handle challenging personalities and highstress situations with composure. * Creative problemsolver who takes ownership of issues from start to finish. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.64 - $21.64/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
