Our client is looking to add an experienced Litigation Assistant to add to their well-established team. Position is open due to company growth! This highly regarded, and successful firm has high standards for their work product, commitment to their clients and appreciation for their employees. Salary range $62,000-$73,000 depending on experience with excellent benefit package. This company offers a fantastic work environment! Responsibilities will include - Drafting, formatting and editing legal correspondence Preparing and managing contracts, filing and formatting briefs, motions, and discoveries Maintaining client files and working within document management system Preparing attorney billing documents Scheduling appointments, meetings and court dates Client and vendor contact Candidates must possess solid legal experience, advanced Microsoft Suite, outstanding communication skills, a proactive work style, and high level of professional savvy. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Salary range $62,000 - $73,000 depending on experience, and a fantastic benefits package!
