POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Perioperative Education is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing a high-performing team to support the safe and effective adoption of the Company's innovative solutions across the perioperative care continuum, with a focus on enhancing patient outcomes and experience. This role requires both leadership skills as well as being a player-coach, directly managing team performance while maintaining an active field presence to model excellence in education delivery and customer engagement. The Senior Manager is accountable for translating Director-level strategy into actionable plans, ensuring consistent execution and delivery of high-quality education aligned with business priorities. The role partners closely with the Director to operationalize strategic initiatives, while providing field-based insights and recommendations to inform ongoing strategy refinement. As the team continues to evolve, this role will identify opportunities to enhance execution, strengthen capabilities, and scale impact across priority accounts and programs, contributing to improved care delivery and patient-centered outcomes.
