Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and collaborative Learning & Development Manager to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs across the CMS (Commercial Money Movement Solutions) organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who brings deep L&D experience and can independently manage training initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and learning operations. This role is ideal for an L&D professional with strong experience in program coordination, stakeholder support, and learning operations. The L&D Manager will take ownership of key learning initiatives, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help ensure programs are effective, well-executed, and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will bring practical L&D expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to independently manage learning initiatives from discovery through implementation and evaluation. Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 134,600.00 to 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
