Job Title: Field Service Technician II
Duration: 3 months (Temp to hire)
Location: Tulsa, OK 74101
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9 am to 6 pm with an on-call rotation for weekends and after hours * Will there be OC (on call)? Yes

- Is this position remote or in person? In Person (Field Tech)
- What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Field dispatch service for break fix calls including pc's, laptops, printers, POS, and other assorted products
- What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically
- Will there be shift differentials? No
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1 to 2 years' field service experience is needed, more is preferred.
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? Current CompTIA A+ required, may consider very strong candidate without it, but would need to obtain it. Other certs also nice to have.
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $18-20/hr
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Potentially up to 100 miles, but most days should be less.
- What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Within 20-30 miles of Tulsa Metro

Description:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent.
- Requires at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
