Title: Field Service Technician II Location: Lubbock, TX 79423 (Work area covers Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, Amarillo) Duration: 3 Months (Temp to hire) Shift: M-F 9 am - 6 pm, on call every other week, some OT and after hours Notes: Is this position remote or in person? Remote What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Running printer break fix calls, and some network issues What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? A+ certification is required If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $24/hr How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? No Job Description: Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
