Job Title: LCMS Method Development Scientist III

Duration:24+ Months

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Location: Indianapolis, IN


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced LCMS Method Development Scientist III to join a bioanalytical team. This role focuses on developing and optimizing analytical methods for a variety of molecules across different biological matrices. You will act as a scientific lead, driving innovation, troubleshooting complex challenges, and supporting cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead complex method development and feasibility studies



  • Develop and implement new analytical techniques and instrumentation



  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenging bioanalytical problems



  • Conduct research and application studies in bioanalytical chemistry



  • Monitor and evaluate assay performance and data quality



  • Author scientific publications and present findings at conferences



  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance



  • Support long-term planning and technical strategy initiatives



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scientific excellence




Required Qualifications:


  • PhD in Analytical Chemistry (or related field) with 1-2 years of experience

    OR Master's with 3-5 years of experience

    OR Bachelor's with significant relevant experience



  • Strong expertise in bioanalytical chemistry



  • Proven experience in analytical method development



  • Hands-on experience with LC/MS/MS, HPLC, and GC



  • Strong data interpretation, reporting, and research skills



  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities




Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with large molecules, oligonucleotides, and ADC analysis



  • Experience with laboratory automation and scientific software tools
