About The Position The Sr. Crisis Management Specialist is responsible for Work closely with Business Continuity Planning as well as Crisis Management Planning on significant projects that affect Ameren Crisis Management Department operations and capability. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Education, Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology, Organization Development or closely related discipline, is required. Five or more years of relevant overall operations experience required. One or more years of business continuity planning experience is required. Must commit to obtain any emergency management certification identified as appropriate for the position. Experience with emergency management or utility public safety or public health preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Knowledge of Incident Command System (ICS) and application to project work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.). Be available for on-call support of after-hours emergencies. Be a productive team player and must also be comfortable working independently. Experience managing multiple priorities and the ability to refocus and reprioritize as department needs require. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; proven ability to meet deadlines and multi-task. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Be able to interact and work efficiently and effectively with employees across the organization. Strong facilitation and project planning skills. Self-motivated, self-directed and able to perform job functions with minimal direction/supervision. Demonstrate a consistently high level of customer focus. Ability to travel within the Ameren territory is required. Additional Information Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidat Compensation Range: $88,500.00 - $137,200.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
