Job Summary:
Join our team to fabricate, install, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial settings. We're looking for motivated individuals with strong mechanical skills, the ability to read technical instructions, and excellent communication. Roles require working under varying conditions, some out-of-town travel, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Grow your skills with training, workshops, and hands-on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and install HVAC systems in commercial environments with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Install and set up a wide range of HVAC equipment.
  • Adapt to varying job site conditions, including weather, project timelines, travel, and customer needs, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service by demonstrating strong communication skills, sound judgment, initiative, and integrity.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Travel to out-of-town job sites as needed.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Good math skills and mechanical ability.
  • Strong oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' installation instructions and clearly communicate with commercial customers, suppliers, and company personnel.
  • Interest and initiative in maintaining HVAC skills through a combination of self-study, corporate training, workshops, and other development activities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressures, non-standard schedules, extreme weather conditions, and varying customer needs and demands.
  • High school diploma.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work at heights, including on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and access tight or restricted areas.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms, including the use of tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather.
  • Ability to see and hear adequately to perform job duties safely, including reading technical documents and responding to job site conditions.
  • Ability to safely operate tools, machinery, and HVAC-related equipment.
