About this Role - Building Maintenance Technician II We are looking for a talented Building Maintenance Technician II who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for supporting maintenance and the repair of facilities and grounds. What You'll Do - Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and organization of buildings and outdoor areas - Support seasonal grounds maintenance, including: o Snow and ice removal from sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, and access points o Removal of leaves, debris, and litter o General lawn, landscape, and grounds upkeep - Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks such as: o Minor repairs and replacements o General labor related to building upkeep o Moving furniture or materials within the facility - Assist senior maintenance staff with larger projects and preventative maintenance activities - Operate basic equipment and tools used for grounds and facility maintenance (e.g., snow removal equipment, front end loader, forklift, mowers, hand tools, pickup trucks) - Perform routine inspection and cleaning of grounds and maintenance equipment - Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are kept clean, organized, and in safe working condition - Follow established safety guidelines, maintenance schedules, and work procedures - Support warehouse or yard activities assigned, including material handling and site organization What You'll Bring - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-3 years of experience in grounds maintenance, general labor, facilities support, or a related field preferred - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions - Willingness and ability to assist with snow removal during winter conditions and leaf/debris cleanup during seasonal changes - Ability to safely operate basic grounds and maintenance equipment (or willingness to be trained) - Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Visual acuity to identify basic maintenance or safety concerns on buildings and grounds What You'll Get - 401(k) with company match (Traditional & Roth) - Paid Holidays and PTO - Medical, Dental, and Vision - Flexible Spending Accounts - Health Savings Account - Accident Insurance - Hospital Indemnity Insurance - Critical Illness Insurance - Lifelock Identity Theft Protection - Employee Discounts - Short-Term & Long-Term Disability For more benefit details click here! | |
