The University of Arizona School of Music seeks a visionary and collaborative Director to lead its comprehensive music program through a time of opportunity and transformation. This leader will build on the School’s strong foundations including award‑winning faculty, exceptional students, and deep community engagement to reimagine curriculum, strengthen academic programs, and advance the School’s visibility regionally, nationally, and internationally. The Director will guide strategic innovation that prepares students for diverse professional musical careers, foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion, and work closely with faculty, students, staff, and external partners to expand partnerships, enhance creative work, and support interdisciplinary initiatives.
