Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional ready to make a significant impact within a dynamic engineering organization? We are seeking a talented individual to step into a pivotal support role, blending administrative expertise with analytical prowess. As a Business Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of critical initiatives, directly contributing to the efficiency and success of global teams. Your ability to manage complex schedules, streamline processes, and provide insightful data analysis will empower engineers and leaders to focus on innovation, directly influencing the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

**This is an onsite position. You will be required to be in the office five days per week**

In this essential role, you will play a crucial part in orchestrating daily operations and supporting a global team. Your responsibilities will include:

* Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for key stakeholders.

* Prepare comprehensive agendas, accurately capture meeting notes, and meticulously track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.

* Create and enhance impactful presentations using PowerPoint, translating complex information into clear and compelling visuals.

* Build and analyze intricate datasets using Microsoft Excel, leveraging pivot tables, advanced formulas, and dynamic visuals to extract actionable insights.

* Collect and interpret operational data, providing critical support for informed decision-making processes.

* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and maintain structured, accessible documentation to ensure seamless collaboration.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and enhancing presentations.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and support global teams.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.

* Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Experience providing executive-level support.

* Prior experience in operations or project coordination.
