CAP Program Administrator

The Mopar Career Automotive Program was established in 1984 with strategic partnerships with secondary schools. The program utilizes Stellantis's technical curriculum integrated into school's general curriculum in order to train and recruit future dealership technicians. The Mopar CAP Business and Operations Specialist supports the program by managing the overall operations needs of 100+ Mopar CAP schools and business partners across the nation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:




  • Overall asset (vehicles, parts, tools) management for 100+ schools across the nation, including process development, tracking, audit control and maintenance
  • Provide expertise in creation, execution and management of process improvements, including benchmarking activities
  • Creating school profiles and IDs for Administrators for CAP & CAP LOCAL.
  • Providing program access through the creation of S-ID's and setting access levels for CAP & CAP LOCAL Administrators, instructors and students
  • Coordinating vehicle distribution to support CAP curriculum
  • All operational asset forecasting
  • Presentation of program elements to Mopar CAP leadership, schools and business partners
  • Liaison to Stellantis's Technical Training team, IT, Finance, Audit, Purchasing, Legal, etc. on behalf of the program
  • Technical training curriculum communication and implementation at schools
  • Train the trainer activities for new schools when applicable.
  • Ad-hoc special projects needs as related to Mopar CAP

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of project/program management experience (detail oriented)
  • 2+ years of automotive operations experience
  • Exceptional process creation, execution and management expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and forecasting skills
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20% of time
  • Working knowledge of Audit, IT, Finance and Purchasing activities
  • Self-starter, innovative and team-oriented
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, including Drive, Docs, Slides
