MaineHealth Cardiology in Augusta is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our collaborative and growing cardiology team. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule with no weekends, on-call, or major holidays. The Practice Manager oversees administrative and operational functions for a busy practice of 10 physicians and 5 APPs, working closely with a partnered cardiology office in Waterville where providers are shared. A Clinical Manager is already in place to support clinical workflows and regulatory needs, allowing this role to focus on operations, team leadership, and collaboration.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of financials including AP and AR
