HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who'll be tasked with supporting the sales team onboarding. As part of your role, you'll be ensuring health & safety compliance for both our Plano office employees and in field sales team. You'll be at the forefront of assisting with employee relations and immigration support. Health & Safety Compliance: Coordinate and schedule all workplace safety initiatives, including CPR certification training, fire drills, active assailant training, and shelter-in-place updates; maintain preparedness by updating materials and issuing timely office-wide announcements. Onboarding: Own and continuously improve the sales team onboarding experience by updating the onboarding plan, training matrix, and contact list; coordinate onboarding logistics such as scheduling touchpoints with new sales team members, scheduling trainings and ensuring training coverage based on onboarding volume. Partner with cross-functional teams to keep onboarding content current by requesting presentation updates, confirming active or new training recordings, and ensuring appropriate trainer availability for multiple onboarding sessions as hiring volumes increase. Schedule and attend touchpoints with various teams including IT, ensure onboarding materials and equipment are delivered on time (laptops, backpacks, books), and support overall operational readiness for new employees. Employee Relations & HR Support: Serve as a point of contact for office and HR-related inquiries, participate in interviews, and manage employee engagement initiatives such as tracking anniversaries and preparing monthly celebration materials. Immigration Support: Provide administrative and coordination support for employee immigration requests, ensuring timely communication and accurate handling of required documentation.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Required:
2 plus years of relevant human resources experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments. Initiative and drive: demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas Location and in office expectations: Required to work onsite in the Plano office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.
