The primary focus of the Logistics Compliance Specialist is to ensure that all of our customer's freight pick-ups and deliveries are scheduled and executed without issue at a reasonable cost. In addition, this role provides on-site coordination and oversight of all domestic air and ground shipments from both direct customer and local gateway. This includes importing and exporting shipments along with document preparation, booking, and coordination of customs clearance. This role follows a hybrid schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, with a 30minute lunch for a total of 40 hours per week. Onsite days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Some weekend coverage is required as part of a rotating remote oncall schedule. Responsibilities
