What You'll Do:

Vendor Relations

• Purchasing
• Negotiations & Contract Terms
• Follow-Up - Communication
• Co-Pack support responsibilities
• Planning and Forecasting
• Usage Reconciliation
• Project Management
• Contract Management
• Vendor plant Auditing, as needed
• Vendor Evaluations, as needed
• Vendor Selection
• Analysis/Queries regarding material usage, quality, etc.

Forecasting Material's Requirements

• Determine needs for each facility
• Direct release of materials through Materials Managers

Special Projects

• Work cross functionally with internal and external Stakeholders.

Paperwork & Communication

• Internal among Departments, Plants, etc.
• Internal & External Reports
• Coordinate & Distribute Information

Assist in Maintenance of Cost, P.O.s, and Invoices

• Standard Cost Accuracy
• O. Accuracy
• Invoice Approval

Fresh Pack

• Coordination of Various Materials for Fresh Pack
• Must be able to work 5-day work week with availability to stretch schedule to 6-day work week during Fresh Pack.
