ATC is seeking a self-starting Program Manager to support and lead government-funded research and development programs. The Program Manager serves as a key interface between ATC, government customers, engineering teams, and subcontractor partners. Programs may include laboratory and field experimentation, sensor and imaging system development, demonstrations, mission-relevant technology integration and related areas. Responsibilities The Program Manager will execute assigned programs and task orders in accordance with contract requirements and customer intent. Tasks include: Manage program scope, schedule, cost, and risk; maintain actionable program baselines and trackers Support and/or lead customer-facing engagements including TIMs, PMRs, and recurring status meetings Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, contracts, finance, and logistics teams Monitor deliverables, manage action items, and ensure high-quality submissions (technical reports, schedules, briefings) Identify execution risks early; develop mitigation plans and communicate impacts to leadership and stakeholders Contribute to proposal development including ROMs, staffing plans, and schedule development Apply structured execution methods (including Agile practices when appropriate) to track progress and unblock teams Requirements This position requires the following experience and capabilities: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or 5equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years of related experience supporting program execution in a government contracting and/or technical environment Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple teams Professional communication skills, including customer-ready writing and briefing capability The Candidate must be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
