Job Title Business Intelligence AnalystJob Description About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements: The Business Intelligence Analyst, D/Cipher supports campaign analytics, revenue reporting, and cross-functional data initiatives that drive performance visibility and operational alignment across the organization. This role is responsible for transforming complex campaign and revenue data into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives and deliverables that support informed decision-making. The Analyst demonstrates strong proficiency in data storytelling - synthesizing quantitative findings into insights that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Partnering closely with Client Services, Sales, Trading, Yield, Revenue Strategy, Product, Operations, and Engineering, this role ensures reporting accuracy, analytical rigor, and consistent data governance practices while helping teams understand not just what the data shows, but what it means and what actions it supports. In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. About The Team | The Team and/or Brand The Data Strategy & Business Intelligence (BI) team serves as the analytical backbone of the D/Cipher organization, transforming raw data into the strategic fuel that drives growth. By bridging the gap between technical complexity and operational action, the team ensures that every department, from Sales to Engineering, moves in sync with clear, data-backed insights.
