Job Title:Pulldown Operator

SUMMARY

The Pulldown Operatoris responsibleforweighing tubs, loading, and operating pulldown machines

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Follow all safety standards





  • Review manufacturing order,ticket,aframe, and tub for accuracy





  • Locate Tub(s) on scale





  • Review Tub(s) are free of debris and well-lined toeliminatequality issues





  • Divide MFG order by number of ports





  • Cut material





  • Locate Tub(s) to holding area





  • Patrol Machine to ensure proper running





  • Enter data to WIP





  • Get and prepare shade checks when required





  • Assistwith the development ofSOP'sfor new fabrics






  • Record measurement data on process control form





  • Maintain good housekeeping in area





  • Identifyopportunities for preventive action





  • Ability to multi-task and remain flexible





  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment





  • Work independently with insight to seek help from experienced peers





  • Follow directions provided in work instructions





  • Other duties as assigned
