Job Title:Pulldown Operator

SUMMARY

The Pulldown Operatoris responsibleforweighing tubs, loading, and operating pulldown machines

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Follow all safety standards

Review manufacturing order,ticket,aframe, and tub for accuracy

Locate Tub(s) on scale

Review Tub(s) are free of debris and well-lined toeliminatequality issues

Divide MFG order by number of ports

Cut material

Locate Tub(s) to holding area

Patrol Machine to ensure proper running

Enter data to WIP

Get and prepare shade checks when required

Assistwith the development ofSOP'sfor new fabrics

Record measurement data on process control form

Maintain good housekeeping in area

Identifyopportunities for preventive action

Ability to multi-task and remain flexible

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Work independently with insight to seek help from experienced peers

Follow directions provided in work instructions

Other duties as assigned
