Job Description

Shift: Morning


Shift Premium Amount: $1.00


Pay Rate: $21.91 - $24.00 with pay step incentives


Job Summary:


The Quality CRPC inspector is responsible for reporting, communicating and detailing of North American returned goods. This includes: filing, organizing, and training, inspecting, completing samples for review in a daily manner such that all respective plants will be able to understand the defects found.



Responsibilities Include:



  • Independently process incoming returns and provide detailed inspections and results in a timely manner to enable Customer Service, Sales, Sales Specialist, Manufacturing, and Management to respond to our customers.
  • Consistently follow the Central Return Processing Center steps daily which include Quality, Safety, PFS and team tasks.
  • Using approved test methods must be able to utilize Q.A. test equipment to evaluate return materials.
  • Demonstrates Material Handling capabilities with competent use of hoists, prime movers and forklifts.
  • Capture and transfer digital images for reporting.
  • Demonstrates a proficient working knowledge of product specifications and product attributes such that customer issues are correctly interpreted and reported.
  • Write procedures for specific tasks.

  • Beginner knowledge/skills in MS Office with the expectation of increased demonstrated proficiency within first 2 months on the job. Increased proficiency will include use of SAP.
