Job Description Shift: Morning Shift Premium Amount: $1.00 Pay Rate: $21.91 - $24.00 with pay step incentives Job Summary: The Quality CRPC inspector is responsible for reporting, communicating and detailing of North American returned goods. This includes: filing, organizing, and training, inspecting, completing samples for review in a daily manner such that all respective plants will be able to understand the defects found. Responsibilities Include: Independently process incoming returns and provide detailed inspections and results in a timely manner to enable Customer Service, Sales, Sales Specialist, Manufacturing, and Management to respond to our customers. Consistently follow the Central Return Processing Center steps daily which include Quality, Safety, PFS and team tasks. Using approved test methods must be able to utilize Q.A. test equipment to evaluate return materials. Demonstrates Material Handling capabilities with competent use of hoists, prime movers and forklifts. Capture and transfer digital images for reporting. Demonstrates a proficient working knowledge of product specifications and product attributes such that customer issues are correctly interpreted and reported. Write procedures for specific tasks. Qualifications Certification or Special Training Required: Interacts well with others - Team player Focus on customer satisfaction Ability and willingness to learn Beginner knowledge/skills in MS Office with the expectation of increased demonstrated proficiency within first 2 months on the job. Increased proficiency will include use of SAP. Highly motivated and detail-oriented High desire for excellence Willingness to learn and be flexible Independent thinker/Makes improvement suggestions Strong Organizational skills Effective communication skills Listening skills Time management skills Reliability ( attendance, punctuality, meeting deadlines) Willingness to train and use a forklift and/or prime mover Ability to cross train into another Business Unit CRPC inspector position. Ability to train someone on your position at the appropriate time.
