Description: Our client is looking for a BSA Lead to support a new platform for their credit cards. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX and is an on-site role. The day-to-day responsibilities include: * The ability to take business requirements, rules, conditions and define it into tech specs (Agile; developer stories) for a development efforts * Ability to lead developers through design/analysis to come up with solutions to resolve issues like; production defects, system functionality not working as intended OR meeting a requirement * Postman, workflow automation, swagger, API mapping as mentioned above * Highly organized * Excellent communication skills * Ability to juggle priorities ie planned/swapping to emergency needs and still meet goals * Ability to lead discussions according to the audience ie; business vs technology * Specific systems; Jira, Confluence, excel spreadsheets, visio or mural (workflow tools) A plus would be if candidates have worked on similar projects at a bank in the past.
