JOB SUMMARY: BioCryst is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be responsible for the overall candidate and internal client experience. Your daily communication with leadership, hiring teams, recruiters, and candidates is critical to ensuring a seamless, effective and enjoyable recruiting experience. BioCryst's environment is fast-paced and dynamic. This individual should bring energy every day and work collaboratively as we make hope a reality for patients suffering from rare and orphan diseases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain contact with applicants including providing position details and general information about BioCryst Arrange pre-screening and face-to-face or virtual interview arrangements and logistics between candidates and recruiters, managers, and interview teams Manage scheduling for all candidates Assist with posting job descriptions on career websites, job boards and university boards Maintain a complete record of candidate interviews, references, and associated documentation Support all interview scheduling needs and ensure managers and other interviewers are aware of scheduled interviews and any related changes and logistics through highly effective and timely communications Support the candidate experience throughout the process in a highly professional manner Support reporting and KPI tracking for all recruitment activities All other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with fast-paced environments, where priorities shift and change Solid understanding of all things Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent organizational skills A cheerful, team-oriented and can-do attitude Proven work experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting preferred Ability to prioritize and complete projects within given deadlines Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn Maniacal attention to detail Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements Ability to scan large volumes of resumes Excellent time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills The statements in this position description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
