Electrician, Self Perform Construction

• Collaborate with the construction team to install power distribution systems, transformers, lighting, temporary construction power, and electrical equipment up to 480v
• Maintain and troubleshoot various electrical components
• Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to plan, install, and improve electrical systems
• Consult manuals and read project electrical drawings to perform and plan work scopes
• Execute a wide variety of electrical tasks and provide timely feedback
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic that reflects Tesla's mission and goals

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial or commercial electrician
• High level understanding of the California Electrical Code and the ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics
• Experience working on low voltage systems (data, fire alarm) up to 480v; medium voltage experience a plus
• Ability to test and commission work according to Tesla standards and relevant building codes
• Strong knowledge and implementation of work site safety, with the ability to evaluate job hazards and complete a pre-task plan prior to starting work
• Ability to work from heights up to 80ft.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
