HR Coordinator Facility-Level

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to support our team at Rehabilitation Center of Independence West Campus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships, and helping create a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

As an HR Coordinator, you will be a key support partner within the facility, working closely with leadership and employees on day-to-day HR needs. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

• Assisting with new hire onboarding and orientation

• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

• Supporting payroll processes and timekeeping accuracy

• Assisting leaders with employee relations and engagement initiatives

• Helping ensure a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, approachable, and eager to grow in HR.

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or related field preferred

• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
