Job Summary

Monitors and ensures compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyzes processes and products to identify areas for quality improvement. Implements quality control measures to maintain product consistency and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers quality control processes and ensures proper documentation of procedures in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Analyzes somewhat complex product or process data to identify trends and resolve recurring quality issues.
  • Applies knowledge of quality standards to maintain consistency in product and service quality.
  • Coordinates somewhat complex quality inspections and internal audits, ensuring processes align with customer requirements.
  • Develops somewhat complex quality assurance tests and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implements quality improvement initiatives that enhance overall efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve quality assurance processes by conducting root cause analyses and providing actionable insights.
  • Recommends process adjustments to maintain or enhance product quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams for implementation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
