Role Description:

The Senior Data Analyst plays a key role within the Analytics team, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance. This position is responsible for end-to-end reporting, dashboard development, and advanced analysis across operational and digital channels.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics



  • Design, build, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or equivalent)
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks; deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, performance reviews, and process improvement efforts
  • Monitor KPIs and performance trends; proactively surface anomalies and opportunities to stakeholders


Data Management & Operational Support



  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple source systems
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting outputs; document data lineage and definitions
  • Collaborate with operations to analyze performance of outbound communication channels including email, voice, SMS, and online self-service
  • Assist in the creation and QA of digital communications and campaign reporting


Collaboration & Communication



  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, compliance, IT, and leadership to understand data needs and deliver solutions
  • Present findings and dashboards in business reviews and stakeholder meetings
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge-sharing practices



Minimum Qualification:



  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required



Required skills:



  • SQL skills; ability to write complex queries, CTEs, and stored procedures
  • BI/Visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Looker, or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate outputs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
