Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead all site maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across a 24-hour manufacturing facility.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and site safety standards.
- Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and production performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, providing hands-on support when required.
- Prioritize, assign, and manage maintenance work orders to meet operational and business needs.
- Develop and execute corrective actions through root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Support evaluation, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and technologies.
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Eight or more years of progressively responsible technical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Three or more years of experience leading or supervising maintenance teams.
- Demonstrated experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance systems.
- Working knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively on technical topics.
- Experience working in regulated environments, including Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), preferred.
