The Senior Supply Chain Consultant will lead transformative supply chain and operations consulting practice that drive significant business impact. They will collaborate with the team to set strategic direction for business development efforts, cultivate impactful client relationships, and mentor other team members on how to grow supply chain practice.

Leadership & Business Development

Identify and capture new consulting opportunities within the utility, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
• Develop "Go-to-Market" strategies for supply chain service offerings, including Supply Chain digital transformation and grid modernization support.

Strategic Client Advisory

• Conduct comprehensive supply chain maturity assessments for clients.
• Advise clients on procurement, materials management, demand planning, logistics, and long-term capital expenditure (CapEx) planning.

Digital Transformation & Solution Architecture

• Lead implementation of enterprise solutions like e.g., SAP HANA, Power BI to provide real-time visibility into inventory and material substitution.
• Guide clients through the transition from manual procurement to automated, digital supply chain ecosystems.

Operational Excellence & Material Analysis

• Design frameworks for inventory optimization, focusing on critical long-lead items like transformers and sub-station components.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for global sourcing, specifically addressing geopolitical volatility and regulatory compliance (NERC/FERC).

Engagement Management

• Oversee cross-functional teams of consultants, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget, maintaining high client satisfaction scores (NPS).

• At least 5+ years of experience.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, enabling you to thrive in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Management, Inventory & Logistics, Supply Chain digital transformation.
• American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD certifications preferred.
• Thought leadership in supply chain and operations.
• Understanding supply chain planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Selling and delivering supply chain consulting engagements.
• Leading and engaging with senior executives.
• Mentoring and growing a collaborative, performance driven team.
• Exploring new service offerings in supply chain domains.
• Leading end-to-end supply chain consulting projects, driving scoping, proposals, execution, business cases, and executive buy-in.

Salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
