We have an opening for a Product Support Shop Service Technician, who handles comprehensive service tasks in our facility. These roles require expertise in a range of CAT equipment models used in construction, mining, and related industries. Shop Service Technician Responsibilities: * Shop Maintenance and Repair: Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair tasks on CAT equipment in our shop facility, including major overhauls, component rebuilds, and specialized repairs. * Component Testing and Calibration: Test and calibrate CAT equipment components such as engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems to ensure peak performance and reliability. * Parts Management: Manage parts inventory in the shop, ensuring availability of necessary components for both scheduled and unscheduled repairs. * Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on repaired equipment to ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and customer expectations. * Training and Development: Stay updated on CAT equipment advancements, service bulletins, and technical manuals.
