| Minimum Experience/Education |
- Associate's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Journalism, English, or a related field from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience applying journalistic, communication, and/or publication principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience with social media engagement, content management, online listening, and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience using technology related to web design, social media platforms, and digital communications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards and best practices for social and digital media.

- Proficiency in web development tools, including WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional or cross-divisional initiatives.
