As a Security Officer - Day Shift Patrol Guard in PHOENIX, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier financial institution, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the location. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or unusual behavior in accordance with site protocols.
• Support staff and visitors by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
