Contected Logistics is seeking a a total of three (3) Systems Administrator II, Help Desk professionals. This role is a "hybrid" position. You aren't just resetting passwords; you are the escalation point for complex technical issues that impact the acquisition mission, often handling both end-user support and backend server health. Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues that Tier I (Help Desk I) cannot fix, including OS crashes, driver conflicts, and peripheral integration.

The Systems Administrator administers and supports daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers. Duties typically involve the installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation. This administrator will maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services. This Administrator trains staff in software applicable to their position, assists customers with information technology, monitors system configuration (hardware and software), and provides instruction on computers and applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology or a related field with 1 year of professional experience in engineering or IT OR 4 years of professional experience plus 1 or more years in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Active Secret government experience.
• Must have hands on Help Desk professional experience in any level(HD 1, 2, 3).
