About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The GTM Data Movement team plays a meaningful role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our newly acquired companies and the core Digital Enterprise Technology organization. The 'all up' Data Movement within an M&A transaction requires deep/specific knowledge and abilities to determine integration strategy and ultimately leading execution. In this role your focus will span moving data across capabilities throughout the GTM customer life-cycle-prioritizing modernization, integration alignment, and scale. Product Managers in this team are geographically diverse, domain aligned, and work across GTM programs from beginning to end, ensuring continuity and process excellence for each program.

In this role you will focus on conducting Data Movement analysis, and drive a comprehensive data plan composed of multiple data movement forms (real-time syncs, batch, or full data migration) based on business requirements and integration needs. Fit-gaps and risks/impact assessments are a key part of your role to ensure the existing business motions to resolve before release, and deliver roadmap and engineering stories in conjunction with your domain counter-parts. Cross-functional collaboration is also key, so you will need to bring a demonstrated track-record for being intellectually curious, a great teammate and the ability to evolve teams and processes to the next level. You will also drive integration execution plans across several areas of SalesforceOrg and partner with DET partners, TMP and GTM Stakeholders on strategies for net new and in-flight strategic programs, domain specific enhancements & cloud integrations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive data movement strategy and plan, accounting for real-time data syncs, batch loading, and full data migration efforts. Drive discussions to define requirements including history, inclusion/exclusion criteria, data sources and targets, and define detailed field mappings and transformation logic across all primary data movement paths: One-time Automated Data Migration, One-time Data Loads, and Continuous Data Syncs.

  • Partner with the business data migration lead, data cleanup lead, Architecture, Engineering, Pillar-specific Data Product Managers/Product Owners, and cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment on tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics, milestones, and more (Product Management, Scrum Masters, TechOps, Release Engineering, Capacity, Functional Managers, Release Management, etc.).

  • Engage customers and partners to determine data and object models needed to deliver business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives, providing recommendations based on industry and product experience.

  • Provide input on solution vision, strategy, and development to the Delivery Team and Enterprise Architecture, including guidance on Pillar-specific needs.

  • Manage data movement playbooks, requirement and mapping templates, and SOX/SDLC documentation.

  • Define product and business capability KPIs (short and long term) and provide regular updates to the Data Movement Director, Business and Workstream Leads, and the SteerCo/Executive team on progress.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in M&A, Data Integration, and Analytics, or equivalent enterprise software, product management; including SaaS product integration programs, with strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and lifecycle.

  • Deep expertise in the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in dynamic environments.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Able to synthesize data across multiple sources - people knowledge, data warehouses, Excel, and external and internal tools - to drive toward a common goal.

  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Able to establish credibility with senior executives, technical and non-technical teammates, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.

  • Proven ability to drive consensus and manage ambiguity. Thrives in changing environments while maintaining focus and composure.

  • Strategic thinker who sees the bigger picture and prioritizes accordingly, while remaining firm and detail-oriented in execution.

  • Strong project execution skills with a commitment to documenting best practices and driving process improvements.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with Go To Market processes and systems.

  • Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.

  • Ability to manage/juggle multiple priorities without loss of efficiency.

  • A service oriented minded person who "Thinks Customer."
