Medica is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Asset Management and End User Computing. This role is ideal for a strategic and operations focused thinker with a depth of experience in service operations, who thrives in a mission-driven, healthcare-focused organization and is passionate about ensuring efficiency, scalability, financial integrity and compliance.

Oversee the strategic and operational management of IT asset lifecycle and end user computing services. Ensure optimal performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of hardware, software, and EUC platforms. Lead teams responsible for asset tracking, procurement, deployment, support, and retirement, while driving innovation and user satisfaction across the enterprise.

Key Accountabilities:



  • Develop and execute strategic plans for IT asset lifecycle and EUC services
  • Lead procurement, inventory, and retirement processes for hardware/software assets
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing, security policies, and audit requirements
  • Oversee EUC support operations, including desktop engineering, VDI, and mobile device management
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to hardware, software, and EUC platforms
  • Implement and maintain asset tracking systems and CMDB accuracy
  • Drive standardization of end user devices and configurations
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve end user digital workplace experience and productivity
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • 7 years in area of supervision
  • 2 years of management responsibility


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with ITSM tools, CMDB, and asset tracking systems
  • Strong project management skills with proven successful leadership in organization - wide implementation
  • Ability to understand federal and state laws and regulations addressing security, confidentiality, and privacy of health information
  • ServiceNow Experience
  • Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including virtual desktop and application delivery in Azure
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS platforms, including Mac hardware, macOS administration, and Apple ecosystem tools
  • Healthcare industry experience is desired


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI.

The full salary grade for this position is $113,400 - $194,600. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $113,400 - $170,100. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary dat In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
