| Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience leading web support operations in a higher education or Extension environment.
- Experience managing website lifecycles and working with site owners.
- Experience coordinating the management of organizational website content in WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager CMS platforms by: offering email and Zoom based support to content producers; by posting content on their behalf; by leading group trainings; by organizing the production of support documentation.
- Experience administering and using DubBot or SiteImprove accessibility software.

| Position Summary |
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (
CAES) Office of Information Technology (
OIT) and serves as Team Lead for web and digital client support activities. While not responsible for managing employees, this position helps direct client support tasks and strategic goals. Common activities include managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders to set goals and expectations, coordinating training efforts, creating/overseeing support procedures and processes, and offering direct client support. The position provides leadership in determining website structure and organization for
CAES and Extension websites. The Team Lead is responsible for the quality of the work produced on their team, as measured by client/stakeholder feedback, QA and accessibility ratings, and team productivity. |
