Our Internship Program provides undergraduate students with a structured and meaningful learning experience designed to prepare them for future careers and help them make informed decisions about their professional aspirations. This 10-week opportunity focuses on building foundational business knowledge while helping interns understand how to effectively operate and grow in a corporate environment. This opportunity is part of SEI's broader professional and leadership development continuum, designed to support early career talent as they explore potential career paths. While the internship does not guarantee full-time placement, it provides meaningful exposure to SEI's culture, ways of working, and development opportunities that may support future consideration for additional early career programs. Centralized Reconciliation is part of Investment Manager Services (IMS) and provides independent daily reconciliation services across cash and investment positions for institutional client portfolios. The team performs T+1 reconciliations by comparing internal accounting records against external sources such as custodians and brokers to identify and resolve discrepancies. Centralized Reconciliation serves as a key operational control, supporting NAV accuracy, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance through standardized processes, documented resolution, and centralized oversight. IMS Reconciliation Intern:The Centralized Reconciliation Intern will support the daily reconciliation process for client portfolios by assisting with cash and position reconciliations across multiple asset classes. The intern will gain handson exposure to the full reconciliation lifecycle, including data preparation, exception identification, investigation, and resolution. Working alongside analysts and supervisors, the intern will help ensure that breaks between internal systems and external records are identified, documented, and routed appropriately, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of client reporting. On a daytoday basis, the intern will assist with reviewing reconciliation output, organizing and updating exception trackers, and validating supporting documentation from custodians, brokers, or internal systems. The intern will support analysts during rootcause investigations by gathering data, confirming transaction details, and documenting resolution steps within established tools and workflows such as EZOPS. Additional responsibilities may include supporting daily and monthend reporting, maintaining audit trails, and assisting with dashboards or summaries used by the team to monitor aged breaks and reconciliation status. This role provides practical exposure to operational controls, financial data analysis, and crossteam collaboration within a centralized reconciliation environment. Criteria:
