Operations Support Specialist/Mission Trainer Lead

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Operations Support Specialist to support our proposal effort for CDC IAO contract.

Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VA, Ft. Liberty, NC, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, and Ft. Huachuca, AZ (Onsite).

Position Overview:

• Provides operational intelligence support, coordination, and execution across DCD mission areas. Supports tactical-to-operational intelligence workflows and mission execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support intelligence operations and production cyclesCoordinate with joint, interagency, and coalition partners
• Provide mission support across operational environments
• Assist with intelligence dissemination and analysis workflows
• Support exercises, training, and mission readiness
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs

Required Qualifications:

• 3-8+ years supporting intelligence operations
• Knowledge of Army intelligence structure and processes
• Experience supporting battalion, brigade, or division-level operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Certifications

• Preferred: Security+, intelligence-related certifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in preferred (Intelligence, Security Studies, etc.)

Clearance

• Top Secret / SCI required
• CI Poly eligibility
