Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supervising support staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and optimizing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions.

Essential Functions
Oversees daily administrative functions, including patient scheduling, records management, billing support, and front desk operations.
Assists in creating and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficient operations.
Supervises administrative staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions; provides coaching and professional development.
Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency, patient satisfaction, and departmental performance.
Acts as a liaison between administrative staff and clinical departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Ensures adherence to organizational, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA, and conducts regular audits to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
Assists with managing inventory for office supplies and administrative tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Ensures excellent customer service, addresses patient complaints, and manages data collection, analysis, and reporting related to administrative performance and patient flow.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Experience in healthcare administration or a related field 3-5 years required and Experience in leadership or supervisory role 1-2 years preferred

- Display strong leadership and communication skills to clearly manage and oversee program staff.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and rotating Holidays from 3pm to 11:30pm
