Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Engineering Event Management located at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, FL.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Degree in a relevant discipline
• 15 years of related experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Direct experience with NASA KSC events
• Direct knowledge NASA KSC visitor center.
• Must be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, and be able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide knowledge and hands on support for the coordination and execution of engineering outreach and events.

• Provide expert level input for the design and execution of engineering outreach and events

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
